1. TERMS AND CONDITION
1.1 This document (the “conditions”) forms part of an agreement between Doctor Shop and you, the Customer;

1.2 The conditions together with service description, product description and pricing applicable to the products that you wish to buy together form the whole of Doctor Shop’s “Agreement” with customer. The Agreement is a binding document and customers should ensure that they understand it;

1.3 We need to have an agreed written record of what we are supplying to ensure that no mistakes are made. Consequently we will not normally seek to make or agree variations to the Agreement orally and will seek to ensure that changes are documented in writing;

1.4 Our Agreement is intended to comply with all of your statutory rights as a consumer;

1.5 Costumers entering into transaction with the Company expressly warrant that they are authorized to accept and are accepting these terms and conditions.

2. DEFINITION
2.1 Consumer: an individual who buys or agrees to buy products from Doctor Shop for private use;

2.2 Business User: an individual who buys or agrees to buy products from Doctor Shop other than for private use;

2.3 “Doctor Shop Srl”: the owner of the website www.doctorshop.it;

2.4 Product: an individual good as described in any current document published by Doctor Shop physically and/or on its internet site, or in any order confirmation and which customer buys or agrees to buy from Doctor Shop;

2.5 Contract: means the contract between Doctor Shop and the buyer for the sale and purchase of goods incorporating these terms and conditions;

2.6 Site: the website pages;

2.7 Order: request by customer to purchase product or services from Doctor Shop;

2.8 Price: the total charge for products and/or services payable by customers to Doctor Shop.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
All customers:

3.1 All prices are in Euro.

3.2 The prices placed in the product page exclude VAT and any other tax;

3.3 Costs of packing and carriage and any applicable sales tax or duty will be added to the price where relevant and applicable.

3.4 The total purchase price, including VAT (if applicable) and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed in the Buyer’s shopping cart prior to confirming the order.

3.5 The total purchase price, including VAT (if applicable) and delivery charges, if any, will be also displayed in Doctor Shop’s order confirmation and invoice.

3.6 Payment by credit card are made through a protected connection. This connection is linked to the bank that has an agreement with Doctor Shop. The Company can not take possession of customer’s credit card data, therefore it can not be considered responsible for any fraudulent usage. Personal data obtained by Doctor Shop from customer shall be held and processed in accordance with all applicable laws and consistently with Doctor Shop’s privacy policy.

4. DELIVERY
4.1 Shipment are made by international couriers who deliver the goods to the customers;

5. RIGHTS OF RETURN AND CANCELLATION
5.1 Customer should notify Doctor Shop promptly: following delivery of any missing, incorrectly delivered, incorrect specification, or otherwise not as ordered products or products which are either in damaged packing or are visibly damaged;

5.2 Costumer may cancel their orders for any reason within 10 days of good receipt. On cancellation of products costumer is obliged to return the goods to Doctor Shop in the original condition, undamaged and at the cost of the client. Costumer shall take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged whilst in transit using means arranged by consumer. Whilst in possession of goods consumer shall be under a duty to take reasonable care of them;

5.3 Before canceling the order the consumer must contact Doctor Shop and communicate the details of the invoice. In case of partial cancellation you need both the invoice and the code of the item you want to return. The consumer must send to Doctor Shop a written document via fax or registered letter within 48 hours from the communication. Everything must be sent to Columella 38, 20128 Milan, Italy.

6. AVAILABILITY
If your goods are not in stock, we will tell you at the time of ordering or shortly thereafter, and will keep you advised of progress by telephone or email.

7. LIABILITY
Doctor Shop shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accident, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply.

8. CHANGES
Doctor Shop reserves the right to alter terms and conditions at any time. Unfavorable changes will be communicated to the customers by mail and the customer will be able to withdraw from the contract within 15 days from the communication.

9. WEB VISUALIZATION
Each customer must have suitable equipment in order to connect to the Internet. Doctor Shop is not responsible for problems related to the web visualization.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Italian law.

Any quarrel will be valued by The Court of Milano, Italy.

The customer declares to have read all the conditions very carefully and to accept all the points.
